We firmly believe that the quality of our product is only as good as the quality of our machines and the skills of our employees. We invest heavily in both to ensure your furniture and finishes meet all specifications.

Every step of the engineering, manufacturing, assembly, and shipping process takes place in our 65,000 sq ft facility.

Our capabilities

Engineering

For superior quality, value-add engineering and production times, we use both AutoCAD and Microvellum CAD/CAM systems. These programs support product modifications, flow-through machine programming and efficient manufacturing and processing.

Material lay up

Versatile lays up our own materials using hot and cold presses for HPL laminate, veneer, vinyl, furniture linoleum, chem-metal, and other specialty products.

Automated Material Storage and Retrieval

A Biesse Winstore automated material storage and retrieval system allows us to store, inventory, and efficiently retrieve all raw and laid up board.

Machine center

Our extensive center of nearly 20 machines can process a variety of hardwoods and panels, including particle board, MDF, laminate, melamine, plywoods, veneers, solid wood, vinyl, forbo, chem-metal, acrylic and HDPE.

Finishing center

A SuperFici Automated Spray Line with UV capability allows us to finish large quantities of products quickly. We almost exclusively use water-based products, ensuring all processes and products are environmentally friendly.

Assembly center

At our dedicated assembly stations (customized to meet specific customer needs), you’ll find a team with more than 100 years of combined experience. On any given day, they may be assembling architectural cabinetry, retail store fixtures, and everything in between.

Our dedicated staff has extensive experience packaging products of every size. We use the latest in packaging technology to ensure your products arrive safely.
